Academic guarantor and trainer of accredited innovation-focused professional development for teaching and specialist staff.
I design the concepts and, with AI support, code, test and iterate my own digital prototypes. Applications, websites and smaller games; the first public examples include AkúHru.sk and the new GamingGuru website. Working prototypes that show not only what AI speeds up but also where it needs expert oversight. The experiments yield a repeatable way of working that is usable in both teaching and development.
Within the international AGORA group I contributed to a position paper on the role of the arts in STE(A)M education. As financial manager I closed the accounts of an EU-funded project with a budget of roughly €150,000. Complete documentation of two editions of the competition, the training of trainers, mentoring and school support. Project closed and accounted for: from budget and receipts to documentation of the training, mentoring and school support. Boss fight with EU-fund administration successfully completed.
Co-founder, later board member. Content, direction and the day-to-day running of a small organisation.
I moved courses at three universities online and taught through a screen. The 2020–2021 semesters at Masaryk University, UCM and VŠMU. Teaching continued without interruption; I carried the experience with digital tools into later courses and training.
Project financial manager; I was responsible for training the trainers and for the methodological materials they then used with schools. Second edition of the competition: 7 winning schools out of 50 taking part across both editions. We kept working with the winners: training, mentoring and help with conferences and developing their innovations.
I am the author of the concept, narrative and educational design of a mobile interactive story about 1988–1989.
